Submit your details for consideration for a SUFA collective marriage ceremony.

• Open the marriage application from the Marriage Applications tab.
• Complete the form with accurate family details.

Tell us about the applicant, the bride, household circumstances and the support needed.

• Provide a working phone number so the team can contact you.
• Submit the form and keep the reference number shown on screen.

SUFA reviews the application and may contact your family for further details or an in-person meeting.

• Be ready to explain the circumstances described in your form.
• The team will explain any documents needed for verification.

If an appointment is appropriate, SUFA will contact you with a time and place. Support is decided after review.

• An application does not guarantee assistance or a ceremony place.
• There is no application fee.
