Under the SUFA Welfare Foundation and ICEP CSS Institute, we are committed to creating meaningful educational opportunities for talented and deserving young people who may face financial or social barriers in pursuing their ambitions.

As part of our educational and empowerment initiatives, SUFA Welfare Foundation offers free preparation and academic support for CSS (Central Superior Services) and PMS (Provincial Management Service) examinations to orphans, academic toppers, and deserving candidates who demonstrate strong academic potential, commitment, and determination to serve society.
Through this initiative, eligible candidates receive guidance and preparation support in key areas relevant to competitive examinations, including English, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Pakistan Affairs, Islamic Studies, analytical and writing skills, and other relevant subjects.

Our aim is not only to help students prepare for competitive examinations but also to provide them with the confidence, knowledge, skills, and mentorship needed to pursue careers in public service and contribute positively to the development of Pakistan.
SUFA Welfare Foundation believes that financial circumstances should not prevent a talented and hardworking student from pursuing a meaningful career. By supporting orphans, high-achieving students, and deserving candidates, we seek to promote merit, equal educational opportunity, leadership, character development, and social responsibility.
The programme is intended for eligible candidates selected according to the Foundation’s established criteria and available programme capacity. Through this initiative, SUFA Welfare Foundation aspires to help talented youth transform their educational potential into opportunities for professional growth and responsible service to the nation.
